Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr competes as a model for IFBB Fitness Pro and is an official athlete for the organization. Ariel Khadr began her fitness career when she was just 16 years old, and she gave up her gymnastics. The Pro Card was granted a year later, at 17, she was a professional athlete. Ariel Khadr is an IFBB Fitness Pro competitor model and an athlete sponsored by IFBB. She started to compete at fitness shows after giving up her gymnastics career from childhood. A year later, at the age of 17 she was awarded her professional card. Thus becoming one of the youngest IFBB Pro in history. Ariel had a break of six years from her career after she earned her pro card to pursue her studies. In 2015, she continued her journey from the previous year by competing in major competitions like Mr. Olympia and Toronto Pro Supershow. After her first show was a success, she continued to compete for many years and set more ambitious goals every year. At the close of 2009, she won four more health titles. Also, she became the youngest IFBB Fitness Pro of all time (age 17) after she took home the 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Championship. Ariel was on a break for a while when she earned her Professional card in order to earn her degree from college. Following the Professional IFBB Fitness Card Ariel made a successful comeback during Phoenix Europa Games 2015. Phoenix Europa Games 2015 in October. She placed 3rd in the competition. In June of 2016, she won the winner of the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow, which allowed her to compete in be a part of the Fitness Olympia. It was on the Olympia stage three months later taking home 6th place at the Fitness Division. Ariel admits that she didn't have any goals. The athlete was satisfied with her placement. Ariel had to compete against some of the most elite athletes. Ariel keeps improving every year. Ariel loves to work out her back. Her exercises to strengthen her back include bent-over row on the machine using single-arm lat pull-downs. First, she warms up before progressing to the sets she works on. Ariel makes the best use of her time. Her back exercise routine consists of three or more supersets comprising 10-12 repetitions.
