Annmarie Fairweather has been the Human Resources Chief at Learning Ally since 2008. She oversees all our practices for Human Resources, People Management and Talent Management as well as the development of culture. Annmarie Fairweather is an experienced Human Resources Leader with over 30 years of knowledge. She worked with top executives in various industries to help improve business performance, specifically during rapid growth. Her work as a partner in transforming human and business strategies into strategic goals for enterprises and plans has included planning for organizational and performance, employee engagement and changes management. She is a lover of learning and regards the development of leaders as well as teams as the biggest competitive advantages. Her extensive experience includes working for Fortune 500 as well as small- and midsized companies in the development and coaching of managers, and achieving result, she was able to help create corporate cultures that promote learning innovation and change. Annmarie has been driven to volunteer her skills and resources to further support Learning Ally's mission. When she has time off, she also provides support to a number of non-profit organisations. They include participating as a member of the Castell Project Leadership Development Committee a group committed to supporting women in their development as leaders, and providing leadership training to members of the Hospitality Healthcare Network a professional member association that is based in North America with the specific goal of providing training, in networking and advocacy specifically targeted at hotels in the healthcare industry and also supporting Shatterproof an organization that is a non-profit national dedicated to reversing addiction in the United States in educating communities to help those suffering from the diseases of addiction.
