Summer glau

Firefly was the next Whedon's success and she must have really made an impact. Summer Glau was very good at handling the complex role of River Tam. As Tam her character, she was forced into government experiments where she was prepared to become the perfect assassin. Tam was unable to control her feelings as a consequence. Glau demonstrated her fighting capability as well as her acting talents in Firefly. The training she received as an assassin provided her with the opportunity to use all of her athletic abilities. Summer Glau, a trained classical ballerina. She's also trained in Flamenco and Tango, however an injury to her foot put an end to her dancing career. Firefly lasted only one season, but gained an unstoppable following. Whedon was so passionate about the show that he decided to return back to the show several years later.
